Adena received her bachelor's degree from Spelman College in Atlanta, GA. Her MBA is from the University of California, Los Angeles, CA and she holds mediation certifications from Harvard University and the Center for Dispute Resolution in Santa Monica, California. Adena is a doctoral candidate in Human and Organizational Systems at the Fielding Graduate University.

Prior to launching WrightWay Consulting, Inc., headquartered in Las Vegas, NV with offices in Los Angeles and Atlanta, she held corporate management positions in the service, retail, aerospace and manufacturing industries.
